With 40 years in business, the practice has developed design skills in all sectors, serving domestic, commercial and industrial clients in both New Build and Refurbishment Schemes.
Michael Denton Associates Ltd have established excellent links with local and national building contractors to provide design solutions to meet a client or contractor brief.
Our team are also on hand to discuss any contractor lead projects under Design & Build Projects.
We will explain the whole process from taking the client brief, drawing up a scheme, submitting a planning application to the local authority, preparing working drawings for a Building Regulations submission, contractor procurement and on going Project Management through to completion of Project.
